WHO HAS ACCESS TO THE DOCUMENTS?

Access to documents is strictly limited to those who are necessary for the performance of the service.

External translators and language specialists are bound by a duty of confidentiality and must comply with the applicable data protection legislation whenever they are involved in a project.

Línguavertix implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information entrusted to it, seeking to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, loss or unauthorised disclosure.

While no computer system can guarantee absolute security, we apply the best security practices and restrict access to documents solely to those involved in providing the service.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP DOCUMENTS FOR?

The documentation we receive is used solely for the purpose of carrying out the requested service.

Unless required by law or requested by the customer, we securely destroy the documents within 90 days of completing the service.
